Pumpkin Fest at Proulx Farm

Located just 30 minutes east of Ottawa is Proulx Farm’s 23rd Annual Pumpkin Fest! From September 24th to October 31st, the entire farm is transformed into a spooky Halloween playground with fun for all the family to enjoy. Take a picnic, make a day of it, and enjoy face-painting, hay structures, the petting farm, wagon rides and not one but two haunted houses!

Spooky Events at the Canadian Children’s Museum

Until the end of October, visit the Canadian Children’s Museum and celebrate Halloween with your little ones by participating in the two spooky activities on offer! In the Studio, get crafty with creating your own Handmade Halloween Garland featuring pumpkins, ghosts, bats and monsters made from colourful yarn and pipe cleaners. From October 13th to the 31st, get your kids to take part in The Bat Hunt, by searching for the bats hidden all over the museum. If they can find them all, they win a special treat!
